Lead qualification is an essential step in streamlining your sales process, ensuring that the effort and resources are directed toward the most promising prospects. Edenreach enhances this process by addressing a common challenge encountered when using LinkedIn Sales Navigator: the inclusion of leads that do not precisely match your search criteria.


How Does Edenreach Qualify Leads?

In scenarios where Sales Navigator might return leads that only partially match your search criteria (like returning a Sales when you searched for Founders)


This where Edenreach's 'Qualify Leads' feature comes into play. This functionality refines the lead selection by closely examining the job titles and headlines in the current roles of the extracted leads. Here’s how it works:


Accurate Job Title MatchingWhen you conduct a search for specific titles like "Founder," Edenreach filters out any false positives, such as Sales or other unrelated roles, that might have appeared in your search results. This ensures that only leads with job titles that match your exact criteria are retained.


Engagement ScoringBeyond just matching job titles, Edenreach calculates an engagement score for each lead. This score assesses how active and responsive a lead is on LinkedIn, reflecting their potential receptivity to your outreach efforts. You can then prioritize leads who not only match your search criteria but also have higher engagement scores, indicating a greater likelihood of successful interaction.


To qualify leads, you'll first need to export them from Sales Navigator to your Edenreach folder; then, you can proceed with the qualification process.

Applying the 'Qualify Leads'


To Qualify the list, click on 'Qualify list' button.



A popup will open where you can enter the keyword by which you want to qualify the leads; in this example, it would be "Founder." Finally, click on 'Qualify Leads' to proceed with the filtering.




Result: A Refined List of Genuine Founders

The final outcome is a clean, accurately filtered list that exclusively contains genuine Founder profiles, showcasing the effectiveness of Edenreach's lead qualification feature.
